Cancellation Policy

Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our computerised reservation system.

We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation.

Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and we apply the following cancellation policy:

A minimum of 14-days notice from check in time is required for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation.

A cancellation / amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside the above time frame or a 'No Show' may result in a 'Cancellation Fee’ charged equivalent to one night’s tariff.

Any 'Cancellation Fee’ charged will be refunded if room(s) are re-let under similar terms and conditions of the original reservation.

We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period over peak periods. A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.

We recommend all guests have an up to date travel insurance arrangement in case of unforeseen circumstances.
