The flat screen television is on a turntable making it user friendly anywhere in the room and at a perfect height for viewing while lying in bed.

Black out curtains and fantastic beds make sleeping in easy!

We have a “pillow bank” available if you prefer flatter pillows than the lovely plump ones supplied.

Room heating is provided by state of the art equipment, is easy to live with and you are in control of the temperature.

Hot water is guaranteed by our plumber to never run out!

All bathrooms have a bath and shower (the bath has been insulated so you can relax longer before needing to add more hot water)

Special shelving in the bathroom provide room for you toiletries.

Heated mirrors and good bathroom lighting make shaving or applying makeup easy

Heated towel rails for your comfort and to make re using towels easier.

The balconies and courtyards are built to maximize the sun and mountain views.

Books and maps available for loan on walking tracks around the district and free local knowledge from Pete (he has been walking through these mountains since 1968!)

Linen and towels are the best available, we selected the supplier after personally using all the different companies products.

We use environmentally and people friendly cleaning products.

'Reduce, re-use, re-cycle' has been one of our philosophies for many years and we have applied it through out the new development.

Our water and room heating is currently diesel but can use bio fuel when it becomes available.
