Cancellation Policy: For standard bookings (Bookings in January- April, July & August and December), cancellations within 7 days are charged the total cost of the stay. For Bookings in May, June, September, October and November, cancellations within 72 hours are charged the total cost of the stay. For non-refundable or promotion rates, full prepayment will be charged at the time of booking and no cancellations/modifications are permitted. Payment: Full and final settlement of your dues shall be made by cash, credit or debit card. Guests: All guests to your room must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. However, you will be held fully accountable and liable for their behavior and any damages caused. Damage: We reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean all items concerned and you will be financially liable to cover these costs if required. Losing your key will result in a charge for $50. Departure time: For the convenience of the incoming guests, we require the units to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Late departure will attract additional charges. Smoking policy: All rooms are non-smoking- NO EXCEPTIONS. Smoking is permitted on the balcony areas of rooms and on paved areas around the motel. Should you smoke in the rooms, a $300 cleaning charge shall apply. Other: It is forbidden to use or store any kind of drugs or firearms at Queenstown Motel Apartments. We are entitled to inform the New Zealand Police in case of suspicion or violation to this law.
